Free VA DMV Registration: How To

I walked out to my truck yesterday afternoon and noticed something hanging off the rear of the truck. Mind you, I approached the vehicle from the side view, not seeing the back. At first I thought “what the heck is that hanging off my truck?” then “dang, someone tried to take my license frame off.” As I got closer I saw more of the back and thought “oh man, someone tried to steal my plates! They weren’t able to but they sure did break it trying!”

I went around to the front to see if they got the other and saw that it was still there… but damaged in the same way. Someone stole the year stickers off of my plates so they could forgo a real registration at DMV. The crazy thing was that they didn’t just try and rip off the sticker or even speed up the process by using a drill or screw driver… they actually CUT the right 1/4 portion of the plate off! They used tins snips as well, the cut was perfect! It just goes to show what an effort people will make to get what they want however stupid or energy sucking it is. Thanks for the wasted time today at DMV as well as the $10 reissue fee jerk off.
