Grow Interactive Graces Computer Arts
It’s not everyday that you win awards or get featured in magazines. This year however has been the exact opposite as Grow has humbly won several awards and been featured in several articles for our work on Thank You Begins With a T. The site is a way to say thanks to our clients as well as a method to introduce them to the people behind each project. Issue 125 of Computer Arts Projects focuses on Interactive Design and our work has graced several pages of the magazine. The magazine opens with a question to 9 creatives “What’s the best interactive project you’ve seen this year, and why?” In 20-50 words I responded:
“Perfect Fools continues to amaze with K•Space. Visitors explore an elegant, black and white world centered around a classic shoe narrated by actors, musicians and athletes. Films and galleries captivate visitors while retaining a great user experience. K•Space incorporates flawless deep-linking, multilingual content, 3D techniques and keyboard navigation.”
Drew Ungvarsky contributes to the article “Controlling Clicks” walking through our perspective on technologies and their use in our work. My friend Shane Mielke at 2Advanced also has a full interview in the magazine and contributed to the Big Question. A big thanks to editor Nick Carson for inviting us to contribute to the issue… and for printing my picture so big!
